We will focus our attention and efforts as a responsible human being and will not spare management’s resources. When a conflict does arise between ethics and profits, ONEGENE will always select ethics as most important in those situations. There will be a zero tolerance for the four unethical behaviors such as; embezzlement, bribery, information manipulation and sexual ethical violations. I believe this is the way to pursue true corporate value, which would result in making Jingjin greater.

Implementation of Code of Ethics

  • The Code of Ethics applies to companies (including domestic and foreign investment companies with management rights) and members.
  • We also encourage our stakeholders to understand and practice this Code of Ethics.
  • If a member has an obligation to abide by this Code of Ethics and if any questions arise regarding its interpretation and application, it shall be consulted with the Head of Ethics Management.
  • When in violation of this Code of Ethics, measures are taken according to the rules.
  • An officer in charge of ethical management may establish and enforce 'Ethical Management Operation Regulations' when deemed necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Code of Ethics.
  • The ethics management officer can recommend the establishment and implementation of 'ethics code of conduct' in consideration of the characteristics of the business through consultation with the head of the relevant business division.
  • The Company shall establish and operate an Ethics Management Committee, which is a body for deliberation and resolution of matters concerning ethics management. The details of this shall be determined separately.
  • Employees who violate the Code of Ethics may be subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal, in accordance with the relevant regulations. In particular, the principle of irrelevance is applied to bribery, embezzlement, information manipulation and sexual ethics violations.

Business Ethics

Onegene Group is aware of the unfair business operations, unfair demands based on position and corruption.

The information of the claimant is absolutely protected and the contents of the report are processed as soon as possible. The result is processed by the homepage or e-mail in name is provided, otherwise, it can only be confirmed through the homepage.

Prohibition of identity confidentiality and disadvantage of claimant

  • Prohibit any activity to identify the claimant, such as requesting confirmation of the identity of the claimant or inquiries to identify the claimant.
  • All employees are prohibited from leaking information, even if they are aware of the status of the complainant, whether official or accidental.
  • We do not disclose the identity of the complainant and investigator who have no consent.
  • It is prohibited to penalize the penalty in case of violation (성명 필요)
  • Employees and related persons who violate the duty to protect their identity may be punished.
